The fully furnished and decorated luxury residences are being offered on a co-ownership basis and will feature four-bedrooms, four baths – 2,740 square foot – roof top observation decks. Is the Ameyalli Clubhouse Aquatic Center exclusively for the use of the owners and their guests?
Yes. The Clubhouse/Aquatic Center includes a fitness center, locker room, lounge, children’s play area, pickle ball court, two heated pools and two large jetted tubs.

Yes. Included will be a appliance, furniture, fixture, accessory, decoration and linen package designed by the acclaimed firm of Alder and Tweed based in Park City, Utah.
When will the Ameyalli Residences be available for owner use?
The first phase of the Ameyalli Residences and the Clubhouse Aquatic Center are under construction with planned occupancy February 2024.

Each Ameyalli Townhome owner receives title through a recorded deed and title insurance at closing.
